Is an "ACE" thread different from a PDO thread?

I can't speak for a label I haven't examined. My Custom Thread Lifting lists the material (PDO, PCL or PLLA), not that name. Whichever clinic you ask, the useful questions are the thread material, whether the threads have cogs, and how many are planned.

How long does a PDO thread lift last?

On our treatment pages, Custom Thread Lifting and Premium Thread Lifting generally hold 12–24 months, varying with thread count and skin condition. PDO itself is absorbed over several months; the collagen formed along the thread path carries the effect after that.

Do the threads need to be removed later?

No. PDO, PCL, PLLA and PLA threads are absorbable, so the body breaks them down over time. A thread end that pokes through the skin is a different situation and should be seen by a doctor.

Can a chin or nose be treated with threads?

Threads under the chin and along the jaw can help define the line from jaw to neck when sagging is the cause. If fat under the chin is the cause, Sok-Sok Face Injection is the usual alternative. For the nose, Nose Filler is a non-surgical option with no incisions.

Can threads be combined with other lifting on one trip?

PDO 실은 피부 아래에서 정확히 무엇을 하나요?

PDO는 폴리다이옥사논으로, 오래전부터 수술 봉합사에 쓰여 온 흡수성 소재입니다. 작은 돌기(코그)가 있는 실은 조직을 붙잡아 몇 밀리미터 위에서 고정하고, 매끈한 실은 주로 주변에 콜라겐이 생기도록 돕습니다.

천을 잘라내는 것이 아니라 갈고리로 걸어 올리는 것에 가깝다고 생각하시면 됩니다. 아무것도 잘라내지 않기 때문에 처지기 시작한 조직을 제자리로 올릴 수는 있지만, 남는 피부를 없애지는 못합니다. PDO는 몇 달에 걸쳐 몸에서 분해되고, 그 이후 리프팅을 붙잡아 주는 것은 실이 지나간 길을 따라 생긴 콜라겐입니다.

PDO 실리프팅은 누구에게 맞고, 누가 피해야 하나요?

실은 조직이 처지기 시작했지만 피부에 아직 어느 정도 두께와 탄력이 남아 있는 얼굴에 맞습니다. 막 생기기 시작한 턱살 처짐, 예전보다 조금 내려앉은 볼, 선명함을 잃은 턱선 같은 경우입니다. 많이 늘어진 피부에는 맞지 않고, 지방을 없애지도 않습니다.

제가 가장 먼저 알고 싶은 것은 원인입니다. 턱선이 무뎌 보이는 이유는 처진 조직일 수도, 지방 주머니일 수도, 턱의 골격일 수도 있고, 각각 가리키는 방향이 다릅니다.

짧은 여행에서는 이 중 두 줄이 중요합니다. 속속 페이스 주사는 몇 주 간격으로 2–3회를 계획하는 경우가 많아 한 번의 방문으로 끝낼 수 없습니다. 안면거상은 더 큰 수술이며, 미국성형외과학회(ASPS)는 출혈·감염·흉터 같은 수술 위험과 더 긴 회복 기간을 안내합니다.

실리프팅 후 무엇이 잘못될 수 있나요?

미국성형외과학회(ASPS)는 실리프팅의 위험으로 붓기와 멍, 감염, 실 돌출, 입 벌리기 어려움(대개 일시적), 지속될 수 있는 통증, 햇빛이나 밝은 빛에 대한 민감함, 마취 위험, 만족스럽지 않은 결과를 듭니다.

2021년 Aesthetic Plastic Surgery에 실린, 26개 연구를 묶은 메타분석에 대한 논평은 가장 흔한 합병증으로 붓기(32.9%), 피부 패임(11.7%), 감각 이상(6.8%)을 보고했습니다. 저자들은 붓기는 보통 2주 안에 저절로 가라앉고, 어느 정도의 패임은 시술 특성상 생기며 가라앉는 경우가 많다고 덧붙였습니다.

귀국 후 변화가 생기면, 삽입 부위 근처로 번지는 붉은기, 열감, 심해지는 통증, 발열, 분비물을 살펴보세요. 이런 증상은 그날 바로 현지 의사를 만나고 사진을 남겨 둘 이유입니다. 미국 질병통제예방센터(CDC)의 의료관광 안내는 진료 기록 사본을 챙겨 귀국하고, 출국 전에 사후 관리 계획을 세우라고 권합니다. 얼굴이 반응하는 방식은 사람마다 다르며, 최종 계획은 대면 상담에서 정해집니다.

회복: 당일, 3일째, 7일째, 그리고 2주

당일에는 몇 시간에 걸쳐 마취가 풀리고, 특히 웃거나 입을 크게 벌릴 때 얼굴이 조이는 느낌이 듭니다. 가벼운 붓기는 흔합니다. 그날 저녁 서울 시내를 걸어 다닐 수는 있지만, 대부분은 조용한 저녁을 택합니다.

3일째쯤이면 삽입 부위 근처의 가벼운 붓기·당김·작은 멍이 보통 가라앉기 시작하는데, 저는 이 기간에 아직 서울에 계시기를 바랍니다.

7일째에는 대화하는 거리에서 평소와 다르지 않아 보이는 분이 많지만, 씹거나 하품할 때 아직 당길 수 있습니다. 초기에 보이던 작은 주름 잡힘은 조직이 자리 잡으면서 펴지는 경우가 많습니다.

2주 무렵까지는 입을 크게 벌리지 않기, 얼굴 마사지 피하기, 사우나 피하기, 치과 치료 미루기가 흔히 권하는 주의 사항이며, 구체적인 관리 안내는 병원에서 받으시게 됩니다.

출국 전 주의

귀국 비행 전날에는 실리프팅을 예약하지 마세요. 서울에 머무는 동안 첫 붓기가 가라앉도록 며칠 여유를 두세요.
