한국에서 필러를 쓰는 몸 부위

헤라의 메뉴에는 얼굴 아래 부위의 필러 시술이 세 가지 있습니다. 목주름 필러, 어깨·쇄골 필러, 그리고 스페셜 부위 필러에 포함된 손등 필러입니다. 각각 피부가 얇아졌거나 꺼진 곳에 소량의 볼륨을 더하는 시술입니다. 몸의 크기를 바꾸려고 만든 시술은 하나도 없으며, 여행을 계획하기 전에 ‘korea body filler’에 대해 가장 먼저 알아야 할 점이 바로 이것입니다.

계획은 사진에서 보이는 모습만이 아니라 움직일 때 부위가 어떻게 변하는지에 따라 정해집니다. 쇄골의 꺼짐은 어깨를 앞으로 말면 깊어 보이고, 허리를 펴고 앉으면 거의 사라지기도 해서 두 자세 모두에서 확인합니다. 턱을 숙일 때만 보이는 목주름과 가만히 있을 때도 보이는 목주름은 다른 문제이고, 가만히 있을 때 보이는 주름이 대개 필러에 더 잘 반응합니다. 손등은 혈관이 얼마나 비치는지 보고, 피부를 살짝 집어 두께를 가늠한 뒤 얼마나 넣을 수 있을지 판단합니다.

누구에게 맞고, 누구는 다른 방법을 봐야 할까?

잘 맞는 사람은 피부가 얇은 부위에 경계가 분명하고 크지 않은 꺼짐이나 주름이 있으면서 미묘한 변화를 원하는 경우입니다. 맞지 않는 사람은 크기를 키우거나 지방을 줄이고 싶은 경우, 또는 그 부위에 먼저 치료할 문제가 있는 경우입니다.

필러를 상담해 볼 만한 경우:

  • 쇄골이나 어깨가 많이 꺼져 보여서, 더 풍성한 라인보다 부드러운 라인을 원할 때
  • 가만히 있어도 보이는 목주름이 한두 줄 있을 때
  • 손등이 얇고 앙상해 보일 때

다른 방법이 대개 더 나은 경우:

  • 가슴이나 엉덩이를 키우고 싶을 때 (아래 참고)
  • 부위를 더 날씬하게 만들고 싶을 때. 지방은 별개의 문제이며, 헤라의 쏙쏙 바디 주사는 고집스러운 국소 지방을 위한 비수술 시술입니다

가슴·엉덩이 질문은 분명하게 답해야 합니다. ‘korean breast filler’, ‘korean boob filler’가 흔한 검색어이기 때문입니다. FDA는 가슴이나 엉덩이를 키우기 위해 필러나 어떤 주입형 충전제든 사용하는 것을 권장하지 않습니다. 또한 주입형 실리콘은 바디 컨투어링을 포함한 어떤 미용 시술에도 승인되지 않았다고 밝힙니다. 헤라는 두 시술 모두 제공하지 않습니다. 고국의 외과의사가 그 요청을 거절했다면 같은 입장을 따른 것이고, 그 이유가 되는 해부학은 한국에서도 똑같습니다.

몸에 넣는 필러, 어떤 문제가 생길 수 있을까?

부작용은 대부분 짧게 지나가고 주사 부위에 국한됩니다. 드물지만 심각한 위험이 하나 있습니다. FDA는 멍, 붉어짐, 부기, 통증, 압통, 가려움, 발진을 흔한 부작용으로 꼽으며, 이 중 다수는 며칠에서 몇 주 안에 가라앉습니다.

심각한 위험은 필러가 혈관 안으로 들어가는 경우입니다. FDA에 따르면 이 경우 조직 괴사, 실명을 포함한 시력 이상, 뇌졸중이 생길 수 있습니다. 목과 손등에서는 눈에 보이는 문제가 일상적인 위험입니다. 제품이 표면에 너무 가깝게 놓이면 줄이나 덩어리처럼 보일 수 있고, 손은 계속 쓰기 때문에 며칠간 당기거나 부은 느낌이 들 수 있습니다. 미국피부과학회는 해당 부위의 해부학을 잘 아는 자격 있는 의사에게 필러를 맞을 것을 권합니다.

여행 중 위험을 낮추는 방법은 두 가지입니다. 혈액 희석제, 영양제, 같은 부위에 예전에 맞은 필러에 대해 의사에게 알려 주세요. 그리고 시술 당일에는 그 부위를 많이 쓰는 일정을 잡지 마세요. 결과에는 개인차가 있으며, 내 부위에 필러가 맞는지는 대면 진찰에서 결정됩니다.

귀국 전 며칠을 잡아야 할까?

시술과 출국 사이에 며칠을 두고, 출국 전날에는 바디 필러를 잡지 마세요. 손등, 목, 어깨의 멍은 가리기 어렵고, 처음 며칠 동안 가장 잘 보입니다.

출국 전날은 피하세요.

부기와 작은 멍은 처음 며칠 동안 가장 눈에 띕니다. 여행 초반에 시술을 잡으면 서울에 머무는 동안 부위가 자리 잡을 시간이 생깁니다.

  • Q1Can filler be injected into the breasts or buttocks in Korea?
    HERA does not offer filler for breast or buttock enlargement. The U.S. FDA recommends against using dermal fillers or any injectable filler to increase breast or buttock size, and injectable silicone is not approved for any aesthetic body procedure. Filler on the body is limited to small, defined areas such as neck lines, collarbones, shoulders and the backs of the hands.
  • Q2Is body filler the same as a fat-dissolving injection?
    No. Filler adds volume where a hollow or line has formed. HERA's Sok-Sok Body Injection is a separate, non-surgical treatment for stubborn, localized body fat. If you want an area slimmer, filler is the wrong tool.
  • Q3How long does filler in the neck or hands last?
    Hyaluronic acid filler is gradually absorbed by the body, so the result fades over time rather than staying in place. Duration differs with the area, the product and how much the area moves, and hands are in constant use. The doctor explains what to expect for your area at the consultation.
  • Q4Can I combine face and body filler on one trip?
    Both can be planned in one consultation. The total amount of product and the number of injection sites both affect bruising, so combining areas can mean more days before you fly. The plan is set after the doctor examines each area.
  • Q5Will I be able to talk to the doctor in English?
    Consultations at HERA run with an English interpreter. That lets you ask about depth, bruising and aftercare in the room rather than guessing afterwards. The clinic is about three minutes from Gangnam Station.
