볼의 어느 부분에 비용을 쓰는 건가요?

계획의 대부분은 부위가 정합니다. 앞볼(중앙 볼), 광대 위와 주변, 광대 아래 꺼진 곳은 각각 따로 평가하고 따로 적습니다.

앞볼

중간 얼굴이 납작해졌을 때 중앙 볼에 필러를 넣으면 입체감이 생겨 정면에서 생기 있어 보입니다. 사람들이 "볼 필러"라고 할 때 대부분 이 부위를 뜻하고, 가장 자주 과해지는 부위이기도 합니다. 중앙 볼에는 한계가 있어, 그 선을 넘으면 얼굴이 올라가 보이기보다 둥글어 보이기 시작합니다.

광대 위와 주변

일부는 그렇습니다. 필러는 광대를 받쳐 줄 뿐 새 광대를 만들지 않고, 그래서 돈을 쓸 가치가 있는 곳이 달라집니다. 광대 앞쪽이 납작하다면 소량의 필러로 부드러운 윤곽을 줄 수 있습니다. 광대가 넓거나 돌출된 것이 고민이라면 필러를 더해도 좁아지지 않고, 오히려 얼굴이 넓어 보이기 쉽습니다. 그런 경우 정직한 상담이 해 드릴 수 있는 가장 유용한 일은 그곳에 필러 비용을 쓰지 마시라고 말씀드리는 것입니다.

광대 아래가 꺼져서 광대가 도드라져 보이는 경우도 있습니다. 그 꺼진 곳을 부드럽게 채우면 광대 자체에는 아무것도 넣지 않고도 윤곽이 매끄러워 보일 수 있습니다. 대부분의 가격표가 말하는 "광대 필러"와는 다른 계획이고, 대개 더 작은 계획입니다.

양과 제품은 볼 견적을 어떻게 바꾸나요?

양은 패키지가 아니라 얼굴을 따르고, 제품(국산 또는 수입 히알루론산)은 견적에서 따로 한 줄입니다. 저는 볼을 정해진 주사기 개수로 팔지 않습니다. 계획을 세운 의사가 먼저 포인트를 표시하고 부위별 양을 정하며, 첫 시술은 얼굴이 받아들일 수 있는 최대치가 아니라 그보다 아래를 목표로 합니다.

볼 계획은 언제 두 단계로 나누나요?

꺼짐이 깊거나, 좌우 차이가 뚜렷하거나, 처음 하는 볼 시술이라면 보통 한 번에 끝내지 않고 보수적인 1차 시술 후 재진으로 계획합니다. 볼은 말하고 웃을 때 움직이고, 최종 모양은 붓기가 빠진 뒤에야 보입니다. 가벼운 붓기, 붉음, 작은 멍은 보통 2~3일 안에 가라앉지만, 윤곽은 당일보다 재진에서 훨씬 정확하게 판단합니다.

단계를 나누면 견적은 단순하게 바뀝니다. 1차는 절제된 양으로 계획하고, 재진에서 더하는 것은 그때 서면으로 별도 항목으로 합의합니다. 재진에서 예상보다 적게 필요하거나 아예 필요 없는 분도 많습니다. 해외 환자분은 두 번의 방문이 한 일정 안에 들어가도록 하니, 출국 전날이 아니라 일정 초반에 첫 시술을 잡으세요.

견적에 더해지거나 빠질 수 있는 것은 무엇인가요?

기존 필러 용해, 관자놀이 시술, 리프팅으로의 전환은 모두 합계를 바꿀 수 있고, 각각 따로 적어 항목별로 결정하실 수 있습니다.

  • 기존 필러: 이전 볼 필러 때문에 얼굴이 부어 보이거나 처져 보인다면, 무언가를 더하기 전에 녹이는 것이 정직한 첫 단계일 수 있습니다. 왜 그런 일이 생기고 어떻게 교정하는지는 볼 필러 부작용 글에 있습니다.

"싼 볼 필러는 위험한가요?"
