쥬베룩은 PDLLA(폴리-D,L-젖산)와 히알루론산을 결합한 제품입니다. HA는 즉각적인 수분감을 주고, PDLLA는 시간이 지나며 천천히 분해되어 자기 콜라겐을 자극합니다. 이렇게 천천히 작용하기 때문에 초기 반응은 주사 자체에 대한 것이고, 결과는 나중에 쌓입니다.

작은 돌기는 왜 생기고, 언제 문제가 되나요?

어떤 부작용은 빨리 의사를 만나야 하나요?

시술 후 통증이 심해지거나, 열감, 번지는 붉음, 분비물, 발열이 있으면 감염이나 염증의 신호일 수 있어 빨리 의사를 만나야 합니다. 흔하지 않습니다. 그리고 쥬베룩을 의료 환경에서, 의사가, 집에서 따를 수 있는 애프터케어 안내와 함께 시술하는 이유이기도 합니다.

  • 첫날 이후 나아지지 않고 더 심해지는 통증
  • 번지거나 뜨겁게 느껴지는 붉음

헤라는 부작용 위험을 어떻게 줄이나요?

먼저 적합성을 평가하고, 맞는 제형을 고르고, 알맞은 깊이에 넣고, 분명한 애프터케어를 드립니다. 쥬베룩 전에는 의사 상담이 필수이며, 형식적인 절차가 아닙니다.

  • 적합성 — 의사가 피부와 병력을 진찰합니다. 임신·수유 중이거나 시술 부위에 활성 감염이나 염증이 있으면 대개 미루시길 권합니다.
  • 제형 — 톤·잔주름·모공에는 쥬베룩, 볼륨·리프팅·깊은 주름에는 PDLLA와 HA가 더 많은 쥬베룩 볼륨. 필요 없는 곳에 강한 제형을 쓰는 것은 지름길이 아닙니다.
  • 깊이와 기법 — 부위에 따라 바늘이나 캐뉼라로 진피층에 넣습니다.
  • 고른 분포 — 주입 후 제품이 고르게 자리 잡도록 부드럽게 마사지할 수 있습니다.

정상적인 쥬베룩 회복은 어떤 모습인가요?
