주사형 스킨부스터의 부작용과 위험

대부분의 문제는 작고 일시적입니다. 붉은기, 부기, 작은 팽진, 멍입니다. 드문 문제는 심각할 수 있어서, 페이셜이라는 이름으로 소개되는 시술이라도 의사가 직접 주사하는 것이 중요합니다.

주사 필러에 대해 미국 식품의약국(FDA)은 멍, 붉은기, 부기, 통증, 압통, 가려움, 발진 같은 흔한 반응을 제시합니다. 또 제품이 혈관으로 들어갔을 때 피부 손상, 시력 문제, 뇌졸중을 포함한 드물지만 심각한 사건을 경고합니다. 스킨부스터는 얕게, 적은 양을 넣지만 해부학은 같습니다.

그 밖에 따져 볼 위험입니다.

  • 색소 변화. 색소가 잘 생기는 피부는 염증 뒤에 어두워질 수 있으며, 니들이나 열 기반 단계 뒤에 더 흔합니다.
  • 제품에 대한 반응. 어떤 주사 물질이든 일부 사람에게 뭉침이나 오래가는 염증을 일으킬 수 있습니다.
  • 엑소좀 제품. FDA는 미국에서 승인된 엑소좀 제품이 없다고 경고했습니다. 어떤 제품인지, 시술받는 나라에서 어떻게 허가된 것인지 물어보세요.

얼마나 붉어지고, 언제 비행기를 탈 수 있나요?

수분형 부스터 회차는 대부분 눈에 보이는 자국이 며칠 안에 옅어지지만, 멍은 일주일 이상 갈 수 있습니다. 일정은 비행기가 아니라 피부를 기준으로 짜세요.

  • 당일: 주사 자리의 작은 팽진, 붉은기, 약간의 당김이 흔합니다. 대부분 그날은 메이크업을 하지 않습니다.
  • 3일째: 팽진은 대개 가라앉고 많은 분이 붉은기도 진정됩니다. 멍이 있다면 이때 가장 잘 보일 수 있습니다.
  • 7일째: 멍은 대부분 옅어지는 중입니다. 콜라겐형 부스터는 몇 주에 걸쳐 피부를 바꾸므로, 귀국 후에도 모습이 계속 변합니다.

출국 전 주의

비행 전날에는 니들 기반 단계를 잡지 마세요. 시술 후 서울에 며칠 머물면, 예상치 못한 일이 생겨도 클리닉 가까이에 있을 수 있습니다.

  • Q2How many sessions does glass skin take?
    It depends on the readings and the product. Hydration-type boosters can show a change sooner, while collagen-stimulating boosters work over weeks and are often planned as a course. The doctor sets the number after the in-person exam.
  • Q3Should I stop retinol or exfoliating acids before treatment?

    It can be discussed in the same consultation. The doctor decides the order and spacing, because both can bruise and swell. Leave extra days in Seoul if you plan more than one injected treatment.
  • Q5Is a glass facial suitable for darker skin tones?
    It can be, but pigment-prone skin is more likely to darken after inflammation. That usually means gentler settings, fewer steps per session and careful sun protection afterwards. The exam decides what intensity is reasonable.
