리쥬란 세럼이 주사와 같은 일을 할까?

아닙니다. 바르는 제품은 피부 바깥층에서 작용하도록 만들어지고, 주사는 PN을 진피층에 전달합니다. 주사형 폴리뉴클레오타이드에 대한 임상 연구가 결, 탄력, 수분의 변화를 살피는 곳이 바로 진피층입니다.

이유 중 하나는 크기입니다. Experimental Dermatology에 실린 널리 인용되는 논문(Bos와 Meinardi, 2000)은 "500 달톤 규칙"을 제시했습니다. 약 500 달톤보다 훨씬 큰 화합물은 건강하고 손상되지 않은 피부를 잘 통과하지 못한다는 것입니다. 폴리뉴클레오타이드 사슬은 그보다 훨씬 큽니다.

그렇다고 세럼이 의미 없다는 뜻은 아닙니다. 잘 만든 세럼은 좋은 보습제처럼 피부를 촉촉하게 하고 진정시킬 수 있습니다. 병과 주사기는 같은 것의 약한 버전과 강한 버전이 아니라 서로 다른 도구라는 뜻입니다.

  2. 준비. 피부를 세정합니다. 작은 주사를 여러 번 놓아 따끔하기 때문에, 스킨부스터 주사 전에는 흔히 바르는 마취 크림을 사용합니다.
  3. 주사. 시술 부위 전반에 PN을 아주 소량씩 넣으며, 그래서 시술 후 작은 팽진이 일정한 패턴으로 남습니다.
  4. 시술 후 관리. 며칠 동안 피해야 할 것과 연락해야 할 신호에 대한 안내를 받습니다.

흔하지 않은 경우로 며칠 이어지는 부기나 피부 아래 만져지는 작은 멍울이 있습니다. 드물게 감염이나 알레르기 반응이 생길 수 있습니다. 통증이 심해지거나, 열감, 번지는 붉어짐, 고름이 있다면 어디에 있든 병원에 연락하거나 신속히 의사의 진료를 받으세요.

출국 전 주의
