부스터 메뉴의 PN, PDRN, PDLLA, HA는 무슨 뜻일까요?

활성 성분의 이름이고, 부스터가 할 수 있는 일은 성분이 정합니다. HA는 수분을 채우고, PN과 PDRN은 회복을 돕고, PDLLA와 CaHA는 콜라겐을 자극하며, 엑소좀 제품은 마이크로니들링과 함께 씁니다. 브랜드 이름은 이 몇 가지 개념 위에 붙어 있을 뿐입니다.

어떤 사람이 적합하고, 어떤 사람은 미뤄야 할까요?

적합한 사람은 피부 질의 문제를 가진 경우입니다. 건조함, 칙칙함, 잔결, 모공, 얕은 흉터가 여기에 해당합니다. 주된 고민이 처짐, 깊은 주름, 볼륨 감소라면 부스터는 대개 맞지 않는 도구이고, 지금은 주사 자체를 미루는 편이 나은 사람도 있습니다.

일반적인 의료 관행에서 부스터 주사는 다음 경우에 흔히 미루거나 조정합니다.

  • 임신 중이거나 수유 중
  • 시술 부위에 활동성 트러블, 입술 헤르페스, 피부 감염이 있을 때
  • 같은 부위에 최근 필러, 레이저, 톡신 시술을 받았고 아직 가라앉지 않았을 때
  • 자가면역 피부 질환이 악화된 시기
  • 생선이나 연어 알레르기가 알려진 경우(PN 부스터에서 중요)
  • 멍 위험을 높이는 항응고제 복용(꼭 알려 주시고, 처방받은 약을 임의로 끊지 마세요)

대안은 실제로 원하는 것이 무엇인지에 따라 달라집니다. 무너진 턱선에는 리프팅이 필요하며, HERA에서는 부스터가 아니라 실·초음파 옵션이 이에 해당합니다. 기미·잡티는 주로 색소의 문제이고, 부스터는 기껏해야 보조 역할입니다.

진찰 중 선택을 바꾸는 신호가 몇 가지 있습니다. 광대 위 피부가 얇고 약간 비쳐 보이면 PN 쪽으로 기웁니다. 측면 조명에서 모공과 고르지 않은 결이 드러나면 마이크로니들링 쪽으로 기웁니다. 움직일 때만 생기는 잔주름과 가만히 있어도 남는 주름은 다른 문제이고, 세안 후 몇 분 만에 붉어지는 피부는 더 순한 방법으로 시작해야 합니다.

0일·3일·7일째 회복 과정과 알아야 할 위험

대부분의 부스터 주사는 0일째 작은 돌기, 붉은기, 점 같은 멍을 남기고, 흔히 며칠 안에 가라앉습니다. 멍은 빠지는 데 일주일 정도 걸릴 수 있습니다. 주사는 출국 최소 2~3일 전에 잡고, 출국 전날은 피하세요.

  • 0일째: 주사 자리가 도드라지고(PN에서 더 눈에 띔) 붉은기와 가벼운 부기가 있습니다. 포텐자 엑소좀은 보통 햇볕에 그을린 듯한 홍조를 남깁니다. 당일 남은 시간에는 메이크업을 피하라고 안내하는 경우가 많습니다.
  • 3일째: 돌기는 대부분 가라앉고, 멍은 노랗게 변할 수 있으며, 피부가 당기거나 건조하게 느껴질 수 있습니다.
  • 7일째: 남은 멍은 대개 옅어집니다. HA 부스터는 수분 효과가 일찍 보이고, 콜라겐 자극제는 이제 막 작용을 시작합니다.

미국 FDA의 피부 필러 안내 페이지는 멍, 붉은기, 부기, 통증, 압통, 가려움, 발진을 흔한 부작용으로 들고, 드물지만 심각한 위험으로 혈관 내 의도치 않은 주입을 경고합니다. 이는 피부 손상을, 아주 드물게는 시력 문제를 일으킬 수 있습니다. 스킨부스터는 볼륨 필러보다 얕게, 적은 양을 넣지만 같은 종류의 위험은 모든 주사 시술에 해당합니다.

감염, 작은 멍울(콜라겐 자극제에서 더 관련), 알레르기 반응은 흔하지 않습니다. 통증이 나아지지 않고 심해지거나, 피부가 창백하거나 거무스름해지거나, 시야에 변화가 있으면 당일 진료가 필요합니다.

출국 전 주의

출국 전날에는 부스터 주사를 피하세요. 멍, 멍울, 트러블을 다시 봐야 할 때 서울에 있는 동안이 진료받기 훨씬 쉽습니다.

Visiting HERA in Gangnam(강남 헤라 방문 안내)

HERA는 서울 서초구 서초대로73길 9, 4층에 있으며 강남역 9번 출구에서 걸어서 3분입니다. 진료 시간은 월·금 10:00–20:00, 화~목 10:00–19:00, 토 10:00–17:00이고 점심시간은 13:00–14:00이며, 일요일과 공휴일은 휴진합니다.

HERA는 보건복지부 외국인환자 유치 등록 의료기관이며, 상담은 영어 통역으로 진행할 수 있습니다. 시술 분류는 HERA 영문 홈페이지에 정리되어 있습니다. 토요일 저녁에 도착한다면 일요일은 휴진이고 월요일 10:00에 다시 문을 여니, 그 간격을 일정에 넣어 두세요.

  • Q1How many skin booster sessions do people usually need?
    It depends on the booster and on your skin. PN and collagen-stimulating boosters are commonly planned as a short series spaced a few weeks apart, while hydration boosters may be repeated as the effect fades. The number for you is decided in the consultation.
  • Q2Is a skin booster the same as a filler?
    No. A filler adds volume or shape in a specific spot, while a skin booster places smaller amounts more superficially across an area to change skin quality. Some hydration boosters share an ingredient with fillers (hyaluronic acid) but are used very differently.
  • Q3Do Korean skin booster injections hurt?
    Most people describe a series of quick stings or pressure points rather than lasting pain. Numbing cream is commonly used with many boosters, and tolerance varies from person to person. Microneedling-based treatments feel different from individual injections.
  • Q4Can I go sightseeing in Seoul after a skin booster?
    Walking around the city is usually fine, though small bumps or redness may be visible on the first day. Saunas, intense exercise and heavy drinking are generally avoided for a day or two, and sun protection matters. Leave a few days between treatment and your flight home.
  • Q5Does Rejuran contain fish DNA, and does that matter for allergies?
    Rejuran is a polynucleotide booster derived from purified salmon DNA. If you have a known fish or salmon allergy, tell the doctor before treatment so it can be weighed against other booster families.
