"입술 필러가 잘못됐다"는 건 보통 무슨 뜻인가요?

대부분은 양이 너무 많거나, 위치가 틀렸거나, 시간이 지나며 필러가 입술 경계 밖으로 퍼진 경우입니다. 제품이 원인인 경우는 드뭅니다. 입술은 작고 끊임없이 움직여서, 양과 위치의 작은 차이가 볼보다 훨씬 크게 드러납니다.

대개 방문할 때마다 조금씩 더해 윗입술이 너무 튀어나온 경우입니다. 한 번의 보충은 작아 보여도, 합치면 아래얼굴 전체의 비율이 바뀝니다.

입술 위 턱이나 "필러 콧수염"

필러가 입술 경계를 넘어 윗입술 위 피부로 이동한 경우로, 흔히 이동(migration)이라고 부릅니다. 특히 웃을 때 부은 능선처럼 보입니다.

덩어리나 좌우 차이

처음 며칠의 울퉁불퉁함은 붓기입니다. 일주일쯤 지나도 단단한 덩어리가 남거나, 붓기가 빠진 뒤에도 한쪽이 분명히 크다면 확인이 필요합니다.

뻣뻣하거나 부자연스러운 미소

움직임이 많은 부위에 양이 너무 많으면 말할 때 입술의 자연스러운 움직임이 둔해질 수 있습니다.

붓기인가요, 정말 잘못된 건가요?

모양은 일주일쯤 지켜본 뒤 판단하세요. 입술은 혈관이 많아 가벼운 붓기, 뻐근함, 작은 멍이 1~3일 흔하게 생긴 뒤 가라앉습니다. 처음엔 더 커 보일 수 있고, 최종 모양은 일주일쯤 뒤에 가장 잘 보입니다.

예외는 혈류 문제로 보이는 모든 것입니다. 통증이 계속 심해지거나, 입술이나 주변 피부가 창백해지거나 거뭇하게 얼룩지거나, 물집이 생기면 당일 의사를 만나야 합니다. 흔하지 않지만, 입술 필러를 즉시 대처할 수 있는 의사가 직접 해야 하는 이유가 바로 이것입니다.

잘못된 입술 필러, 고칠 수 있나요?

대개 가능합니다. 히알루론산 필러는 녹일 수 있습니다. 효소가 필러를 분해하고, 이후 며칠에 걸쳐 입술이 원래 모양 쪽으로 돌아갑니다. 작은 부위만 문제라면 국소 교정으로 충분할 때도 있습니다.

필러가 많아서 생긴 문제를 필러를 더 넣어 가리는 일은 하지 않습니다. 이동이 있다면 잘못 자리 잡은 필러를 먼저 녹이고, 부위가 안정된 뒤에 다시 넣을지 판단합니다. 넣더라도 더 적게, 입술 안에 넣습니다.

처음부터 피하는 방법
