저는 강남 헤라클리닉 성형외과 전문의 김종선입니다. 예전에 비타민 수액을 찾던 방식 그대로 요즘은 "엑소좀"을 찾아오십니다. 시술이 아니라 제품으로요. 질문은 늘 같습니다. "실제로 효과가 있나요?" 답은 어떻게 전달하느냐에 거의 전부 달려 있고, 그래서 RF 마이크로니들링과 함께 씁니다.

왜 마이크로니들링과 엑소좀을 함께 쓰나요?

멀쩡한 피부에 바른 엑소좀은 대부분 표면에 머물기 때문입니다. 각질층은 장벽이고, 그게 그 층의 역할입니다. RF 마이크로니들링은 초미세 니들로 그 장벽에 미세 채널을 열면서 고주파 에너지를 진피로 전달합니다. 엑소좀 부스터는 그 채널을 통해 흡수되지, 위에 얹혀 있지 않습니다.

회복과 경과

시술은 약 30분입니다. 가벼운 발적·열감·약간의 부기가 직후에 나타나고 보통 1~2일 안에 가라앉습니다. 이후 자외선 차단은 선택이 아닙니다. 막 니들링한 피부는 색소가 쉽게 올라옵니다.

결과는 한 번보다 여러 회차에 걸쳐 쌓입니다. 짧은 일정으로 오셨다면 한 번으로 가능한 것과 아닌 것을 솔직히 말씀드립니다.

마이크로니들링만 하는 것과 무엇이 다른가

일반 마이크로니들링은 통제된 손상을 만들고 피부가 스스로 회복하게 둡니다. 효과가 있지만, 그 회복은 피부가 이미 가진 것만 씁니다. 고주파를 더하면 표면이 아니라 진피에 에너지가 들어가고, 부스터를 더하면 회복에 쓸 재료가 늘어납니다. 세 가지를 함께 두는 이유이고, 니들링 후 앰플을 바르는 것과 다른 이유입니다.

몇 회가 필요하고 간격은 어떻게

피부는 자기 시계대로 리모델링합니다. 회차 간격은 일정을 채우기 위해서가 아니라 그 과정이 일어나도록 둡니다. 한 회차 뒤의 변화보다 한 코스가 끝난 뒤의 변화가 대개 더 큽니다. 주 단위로 사진을 찍는 분은 그걸 보시고, 매일 거울만 보는 분은 잘 못 보십니다.

서울에 일주일 계신다면 한두 번으로 현실적으로 시작할 수 있는 것과, 귀국 후나 다음 방문에서 이어갈 것을 나눠 계획합니다. 한 번이 한 코스의 일을 한다고 말씀드리지 않습니다.
