목 필러는 왜 "목"이 아니라 주름 기준으로 가격을 정하나요?
목 필러는 주름 하나하나를 직접 다루기 때문에, 작업량과 제품이 실제 주름에 비례하기 때문입니다. 목주름 필러는 각 주름 바로 아래에 히알루론산을 넣어 골을 얕게 하고 목선을 깨끗하게 만듭니다. 어떤 분은 목 앞쪽에 옅은 주름이 하나 있고, 어떤 분은 거의 양옆까지 이어지는 깊은 가로 주름이 세 줄 있습니다. 둘 다 "목 필러"라고 부르고 가격 하나를 매기면 적어도 한 분께는 틀린 숫자입니다.
그래서 목 견적은 얼굴 견적과 모양이 다릅니다. 얼굴은 부위로, 목은 선으로 생각합니다. 시술로 무엇이 되고 안 되는지는 목주름 필러 글에, 그것이 비용에 무슨 의미인지는 이 글에 정리했습니다.
주름 개수와 깊이는 양을 어떻게 바꾸나요?
주름이 많고, 길고, 깊을수록 제품과 신중한 배치가 더 필요하고, 초기~중등도 주름은 덜 필요하며 가장 뚜렷하게 반응합니다. 상담에서 주름마다 표시하고 세 가지를 적습니다.
- 개수: 아래를 볼 때만이 아니라 고개를 바로 했을 때 보이는 주름이 몇 개인지.

- 깊이: 옅은 자국인지, 초기~중등도 주름인지, 깊고 오래된 골인지.
목은 피부가 얇고 늘 움직여서 목표는 볼륨이 아니라 고른 표면입니다. 몇 군데에 많이 넣는 것보다 각 선을 따라 소량을 고르게 넣는 편이 보기 좋고, 그렇지 않으면 울퉁불퉁해 보일 수 있습니다. 즉 주름이 받아들일 수 있는 만큼 넣는 것이 아니라, 펴지는 데 필요한 만큼만 쓰려고 합니다.
가로 주름과 세로 띠, 비용에 차이가 있나요?
계획에 차이가 있고, 계획이 비용을 정합니다. 가로 주름은 목 필러가 가장 직접 다루는 대상이고, 세로 띠는 미세한 볼륨으로 부드럽게 하되 다른 시술과 함께하는 편이 나은 경우가 많습니다. 제가 다루는 대부분은 목 앞을 가로지르는 주름, 아래에서 찍힌 사진에서 눈에 띄는 그 주름입니다. 세로 주름도 필러로 매끄럽게 할 수 있지만, 세로 띠가 뚜렷하다면 목 전체의 늘어짐이 원인인 경우가 많아 주름별 계획만으로는 예산을 가장 잘 쓰는 방법이 아닐 수 있습니다.
턱에서 목으로 이어지는 선이 무너졌거나 피부가 늘어졌다면, 필러로는 올라가지 않는다는 것이 정직한 답입니다. 상담에서 그렇게 말씀드리고, 할 수 있는 도구로 계획을 옮기는 편을 택합니다.
목 필러는 언제 한 번 이상 필요한가요?
주름이 깊고 오래되었다면, 2회차를 나중에 갑자기 더하는 것이 아니라 처음부터 계획에 넣는 경우가 많습니다. 초기~중등도 주름은 한 번에 뚜렷하게 부드러워지는 경우가 많습니다. 아주 깊은 주름은 좋아지지만 완전히 사라지지 않을 수 있고, 더 나아가려면 1차가 자리 잡은 뒤 절제된 2차를 하거나 스킨부스터를 더합니다.
처음부터 그렇게 계획해야 예산이 정직해집니다. 1차는 별도 항목으로 적고, 2차 가능성이 있다면 시작 전에 말씀드려 나중에 놀라지 않게 합니다. 재진에서 1차로 충분하다고 보이면 2차는 하지 않습니다. 주입 선을 따라 가벼운 붓기, 붉음, 작은 멍이 생길 수 있고 보통 2~3일 안에 가라앉으며, 높은 칼라나 가벼운 스카프로 쉽게 가려집니다.
스킨부스터나 리프팅도 같은 견적에 넣어야 하나요?
많은 목이 주름과 함께 피부 상태나 늘어짐 문제를 같이 갖고 있어 둘 중 하나가 들어가는 경우가 많고, 각각 별도 항목이라 넣을지 직접 고르실 수 있습니다.

주름을 고르게 다루는 데 필요한 모든 단계가 시술 전에 서면으로 적힙니다. 보통 상담·목 분석(주름의 깊이와 패턴, 주변 피부), 주름별 디자인·마킹, 연고 마취(필요 시 국소 마취), 각 주름 바로 아래 히알루론산 주입, 목선이 고른지 확인하는 마무리, 사후 관리 안내가 포함됩니다. 시술은 약 30분 이내이고, 대부분 통증보다는 가벼운 압박감 정도로 느끼십니다.
