저는 강남 헤라클리닉의 이종훈입니다. 『LIFTINGOLOGY: 미용의학의 과학과 임상』을 공저했고, KAFC(Korean Academy of Facelift & Contouring) 창립회원으로 진료 대부분을 리프팅에 씁니다. 목은 스킨케어로 해결되지 않는 노화를 처음 느끼는 곳인 경우가 많고, 받는 질문은 거의 같습니다. "실로 목을 올릴 수 있나요, 아니면 수술밖에 방법이 없나요?" 답부터 드리면, 목 실리프팅은 가볍게 처진 목 피부를 올리고 턱에서 목으로 이어지는 라인을 깔끔하게 할 수 있으며, 보통 에너지 장비를 함께 씁니다. 늘어진 피부나 지방을 없애지는 못하고, 가로 목주름만 있는 경우에 맞는 도구도 아닙니다. 어느 쪽이 내 목인지가 계획을 정합니다.

목 실리프팅이 잘 맞는 분과 맞지 않는 분은?

피부 상태가 괜찮은 가벼운~중간 정도의 목 처짐이 가장 잘 반응하고, 늘어진 피부가 많거나 턱 밑 지방이 많으면 잘 반응하지 않습니다. 실은 붙잡아 줄 피부가 필요하고, 옮길 수 있는 조직의 범위에도 한계가 있습니다.

실이 잘 맞을 가능성이 높은 경우

  • 턱선과 목이 만나는 부위가 막 흐려지기 시작한 경우
  • 목 피부가 가볍게 느슨한 경우
  • 다운타임이 적은 비수술 방법을 원하는 경우

솔직한 한계는 무엇인가요?
