"한국에서 실리프팅 비용이 얼마인가요? 왜 아무도 숫자를 딱 말해 주지 않나요?" 솔직하게 답하겠습니다. 이 글에는 금액을 적지 않습니다. 실리프팅 비용은 어떤 실을, 몇 가닥, 어느 부위에, 에너지 장비를 더할지 — 얼굴을 보고 내리는 결정들로 만들어지기 때문입니다. 대신 무엇이 비용을 바꾸는지, 견적을 어떻게 쓰는지, 그리고 하나의 고정된 원칙 — 외국인과 내국인 가격은 같다는 것 — 을 말씀드립니다.
이 글에는 왜 실리프팅 가격이 없나요?
숫자 하나를 적으면, 읽는 분 대부분에게 틀린 숫자가 되기 때문입니다. 두 분이 똑같이 "실리프팅"을 원해도 필요한 시술은 크게 다를 수 있습니다. 한 분은 턱선이 막 무너지기 시작해 한 부위에 적은 가닥이면 됩니다. 다른 분은 턱선 처짐, 무거운 중안면, 느슨한 목이 함께 있어 여러 부위에 실을 넣고 깊은 층을 탄탄하게 할 에너지 장비까지 필요할 수 있습니다. 여기 적은 숫자는 첫 번째 분께는 너무 높고, 두 번째 분께는 턱없이 낮습니다.
이유가 하나 더 있습니다. 온라인의 낮은 대표 금액은 최소 구성을 말하는 경우가 많고, 실제로 얼굴을 보면 계획이 바뀝니다. 저는 결정 전에 실제 계획을 서면으로 보시는 편이 낫다고 생각합니다. 그래서 헤라의 견적은 의사가 진찰한 뒤, 시술 전에 항목별로 드립니다.
한국에서 실리프팅 비용을 실제로 바꾸는 것은 무엇인가요?
네 가지입니다. 실의 종류, 실의 개수, 시술 부위, 그리고 에너지 장비 병행 여부. 국적은 목록에 없습니다. 헤라에서는 서울에 사시든 어제 입국하셨든 같은 계획이면 같은 가격입니다.

여러 층의 리프팅과 탄력이 함께 필요한 얼굴에는 커스텀 실리프팅, 무너진 윤곽과 처진 턱선에 강한 고정이 필요한 얼굴에는 프리미엄 실리프팅이 맞습니다. 둘 다 비수술이고 흡수성 실을 쓰지만 구성이 다릅니다.
커스텀 실리프팅

프리미엄 실리프팅

두 시술 모두 실이 흡수되고 콜라겐이 성숙하면서 리프팅이 보통 약 12~24개월 유지됩니다. 결과는 사람마다 다르며, 피부 상태와 사용한 실의 개수에 따라서도 달라집니다.
더 저렴한 실리프팅이 더 경제적인 선택인가요?
꼭 그렇지는 않습니다. 중요한 것은 몇 달 뒤에도 만족하는 결과에 드는 비용입니다. 어떤 실은 빨리 흡수되어 효과의 상당 부분이 몇 주 안에 줄어들 수 있습니다. 조직을 단단히 잡고 콜라겐을 계속 자극하는 구조의 실은 처음 비용이 더 들지만, 하는 일 자체가 다릅니다.
제 경험상 더 흔한 낭비는 맞지 않는 분이 시술을 받는 경우입니다. 실은 조직을 끌어올릴 뿐 피부나 지방을 없애지 않습니다. 턱살이 무겁거나 턱 밑 지방이 많다면 실을 몇 가닥 넣든 실만으로는 부족하고, 솔직한 답은 다른 계획입니다. 저는 금액을 맞추려고 실을 더하지도 않습니다. 실이 많다고 무조건 좋은 것이 아니며, 올바른 방향의 몇 가닥이 잘못된 각도의 많은 실보다 더 자연스러운 경우가 많습니다.
헤라에서는 실리프팅 견적을 어떻게 드리나요?
의사가 얼굴을 진찰한 뒤, 시술 전에, 항목별 서면 견적으로 드립니다. 절차는 누구에게나 같습니다.
- 사진 상담(선택): 아직 해외에 계시면 자연광에서 찍은 정면·측면 사진으로 어떤 접근이 맞을지, 실리프팅이 애초에 합리적인 선택인지 말씀드립니다.
- 대면 상담: 처짐의 방향, 피부 상태, 구조를 평가하고 부위를 함께 정합니다.
- 서면 견적: 실의 종류, 부위, 에너지 장비, 마취가 항목별로 적힙니다. 가져가서 나중에 결정하셔도 됩니다.
- 당일 추가 없음: 동의 없이 계획에 무엇도 더하지 않습니다.

서울 여행 일정에 맞춰 실리프팅 예산은 어떻게 세우나요?
같은 여행 중 반복 시술이 아니라, 한 번의 시술과 며칠의 안정 기간으로 계획하세요. 시술 자체는 어떤 실리프팅이냐에 따라 약 20~60분입니다. 다운타임은 적어서, 삽입 부위의 가벼운 붓기·당김·작은 멍은 보통 며칠 안에 가라앉고, 과장된 표정과 격한 움직임은 잠시 피하시는 편이 좋습니다.
출국 전날보다는 체류 초반에 시술을 잡아 경과를 확인할 시간을 두세요. 리프팅은 몇 주가 아니라 몇 달 단위로 유지되므로, 대부분 한국에 올 때마다 실리프팅을 계획할 필요는 없습니다.
