스파 페이셜과 병원 시술, 어느 쪽을 찾고 있나요?

서울에서 “페이셜”이라는 말은 서로 다른 두 가지를 가리킵니다. 스파나 에스테틱 페이셜은 의사 없이 피부 표면을 세정·각질 제거·보습합니다. 스킨부스터, 에너지 장비, 필러 같은 병원 페이셜 시술은 의료 행위이므로 진찰과 서면 계획이 먼저입니다.

특별한 고민 없이 편안한 한 시간을 원하고, 관광 전에 회복 기간이 전혀 없어야 한다면 스파 페이셜이 맞습니다. 그 경우에도 각질 제거는 피부 타입에 맞춰야 합니다. 미국피부과학회는 과도한 각질 제거가 피부를 붉고 자극받은 상태로 만들 수 있다고 지적합니다.

평가는 생각보다 중요합니다. 헤라의 AI 피부 분석은 EVE V MUSE로 얼굴의 3D 지도를 만들어 볼륨, 윤곽, 비대칭을 측정하고, 피부를 바우만 시스템의 16가지 타입으로 분류합니다. 이 분류법은 피부과 전문의 레슬리 바우만이 2008년 Dermatologic Clinics에서 지성·건성, 민감·저항성, 색소성·비색소성, 주름형·탄력형 피부에 맞춰 관리를 정하는 방법으로 설명했습니다. 피부가 민감하고 색소가 잘 생긴다는 것을 아는 의사는 메뉴판만 보고 고르는 의사와 다른 장비 설정이나 부스터를 선택합니다.

확인 5: 상담부터 시술까지 같은 의사. 바쁜 병원에서는 계획과 시술을 서로 다른 사람이 나눠 맡기도 합니다. 주사 시술에서는 손이 중요합니다. 위험은 바늘이 어디로, 얼마나 깊이 들어가는지에 달려 있기 때문입니다. 헤라에서는 치료를 계획한 전문의가 직접 시술합니다.

물어볼 만한 위험과 부작용

주사형 페이셜 시술 후에는 붉은기, 부기, 멍, 압통, 주사 부위의 작은 돌기가 흔하며 대개 일시적입니다. 드물지만 심각한 문제도 있으며, 주로 필러가 혈관에 들어갔을 때 생깁니다.

FDA는 필러의 흔한 반응으로 멍, 붉은기, 부기, 통증, 압통, 가려움, 발진을 꼽고, 혈관 내 주입이 혈류를 막아 피부를 손상시키거나 드물게 시력에 영향을 줄 수 있다고 경고합니다. 에너지 장비와 부스터에도 열감, 붉은기, 점 모양 자국 같은 단기 반응이 있습니다.

세 가지 질문으로 병원을 빠르게 가려낼 수 있습니다. 합병증이 생기면 누가 대처하며, 진료 시간에 병원에 상주하나요? 첫 48시간 동안 무엇을 지켜봐야 하나요? 어떤 기록을 받아 가나요? 회복과 결과는 사람마다 다르며, 최종 계획은 대면 상담에서 정해집니다.

출국 전 며칠을 비워 둬야 하나요?

시술은 여행 초반에 잡고, 출국 전날은 절대 피하세요. 대부분의 주사형 페이셜 시술은 첫 며칠에 붉은기와 부기가 가장 두드러지는 경우가 많고, 일주일이면 멍이 옅어질 시간이 됩니다.
