"한국에서 지방분해주사는 얼마예요? 여행 계획 전에 숫자만 알고 싶어요." 숫자를 원하시는 이유는 이해합니다. 그래도 여기에 숫자를 적지 않겠습니다. 숨기려는 것이 아니라, 하나의 숫자는 이 글을 읽는 거의 모든 분께 틀린 숫자가 되기 때문입니다. 가격은 얼굴인지 바디인지, 몇 부위인지, 부위마다 약물이 얼마나 필요한지, 몇 회가 필요한지에 따라 달라집니다. 헤라에서는 의사가 진찰한 뒤 항목별 서면 견적을 드리며, 외국인과 내국인 가격은 같습니다.

한국에서 지방분해주사 가격은 무엇으로 정해지나요?

네 가지로 정해집니다. 부위, 부위의 개수, 부위마다 들어가는 양, 그리고 회차입니다. 견적의 나머지는 모두 이 네 가지에서 나옵니다.

  • 부위 — 이중턱 같은 얼굴 지방과 복부나 허벅지 같은 바디 부위는 다른 시술입니다.
  • 부위 개수 — 한 부위인지, 같은 날 여러 부위를 하는지. 부위마다 따로 계획하고 따로 적습니다.
  • 부위별 양 — 용량과 주입점은 환자마다, 부위마다 설계하므로 작고 말랑한 지방과 더 크고 단단한 지방은 같은 방식으로 계획하지 않습니다.
  • 회차 — 지방분해주사는 여러 회차로 하는 시술이라, 첫 방문보다 전체 계획이 더 중요합니다.

같은 날 다른 시술을 더하면 별도 항목으로 적습니다. 다른 곳과 비교할 수 없는 묶음 금액 하나보다, 모든 항목을 보시는 편이 낫다고 생각합니다.

얼굴과 바디, 부위에 따라 견적은 어떻게 달라지나요?

얼굴과 바디는 서로 다른 시술로 계획하며, 각 안의 부위는 실제로 필요한 만큼으로 견적을 냅니다. 헤라에서는 쏙쏙 페이스 주사와 쏙쏙 바디 주사라고 부릅니다. 원리는 같습니다. 지방분해 용액이 지방세포를 분해하고, 이후 몇 주에 걸쳐 몸이 이를 배출합니다. 다만 부위의 크기가 크게 다릅니다.

왜 1회 가격보다 회차가 더 중요한가요?

지방분해주사는 여러 회차로 하는 시술이라, 몇 회가 필요한지 알기 전에는 1회 가격이 알려 주는 것이 거의 없기 때문입니다. 몸은 분해된 지방을 서서히 배출하므로, 각 회차가 효과를 낼 시간을 두고 몇 주 간격으로 진행합니다. 얼굴은 2~3회, 바디는 부위와 지방량에 따라 2~4회를 흔히 권합니다.

비교가 어긋나는 곳이 여기입니다. 한 부위 1회 견적과 두 부위 전체 과정 견적은 매우 달라 보일 수 있고, 어느 쪽도 틀리지 않았습니다. 서로 다른 질문에 답하고 있을 뿐입니다. 저는 견적을 쓸 때 해당 부위에 몇 회가 필요할 것으로 보는지, 그 이유와 함께 적습니다. 옆구리에 한 번 이상이 필요할 것 같다면, 1회 금액이 전부인 것처럼 보이게 두기보다 처음부터 말씀드립니다.

결과는 사람마다 다릅니다. 계획보다 빨리 원하는 변화를 보는 분도 있고, 더 천천히 반응하는 부위도 있습니다. 결과에 필요한 것보다 많은 회차를 미리 묶어 두기보다, 방문할 때마다 경과를 보고 결정합니다.

헤라 견적에는 무엇이 포함되나요?

상담, 디자인과 마킹, 마취, 주사, 사후 안내 — 시술의 각 부분을 보실 수 있게 적습니다. 헤라의 지방분해주사는 매번 같은 순서로 진행합니다.

지방분해주사 견적은 어떻게 공정하게 비교하나요?

표시된 금액이 아니라 같은 부위, 같은 회차, 같은 시술자를 비교하세요. 두 견적은 같은 시술을 설명할 때만 나란히 놓고 의미가 있습니다. 저희를 포함해 어느 병원에든 물어보실 만한 질문입니다.

  • 정확히 어느 부위인가요? "턱"은 턱밑 지방만일 수도, 턱선까지일 수도 있습니다.
  • 몇 회 기준인가요? 1회인지, 의사가 예상하는 전체 과정인지.
  • 누가 주사하나요? 위치와 용량은 진찰한 의사가 정해야 하는 임상적 판단입니다.
  • 무엇을 주사하나요? 약물 이름을 물어보고, 개봉하는 것을 보여 달라고 하세요.
  • 한 부위에 1회가 더 필요하면 어떻게 되나요? 미리 알면 당황할 일이 없습니다.
  • 사후 관리가 포함되나요? 곧 귀국하신다면 특히 중요합니다.

낮은 금액이 단지 더 작은 시술인 경우도 있습니다. 그것이 필요한 것이라면 괜찮고, 아무도 말해 주지 않았을 때만 문제가 됩니다.

지방분해주사에 비용을 쓰면 안 되는 경우는?

줄이고 싶은 부피가 지방이 아닐 때입니다. 가격에 대해 드릴 수 있는 가장 쓸모 있는 말입니다. 가장 비싼 계획은 원인을 잘못 짚은 계획이기 때문입니다.

  • 늘어진 피부 — 조직이 내려와 아래얼굴이 무거워 보이는 경우, 지방을 녹여도 피부가 조여지지는 않습니다. 실리프팅이나 티타늄 리프팅 같은 리프팅이 더 맞습니다.

솔직한 한계

지방분해주사는 작은 지방을 다듬는 시술이지, 전체 체중을 줄이거나 많은 양의 지방에서 지방흡입을 대신하지는 못합니다. 변화는 당일이 아니라 서서히 나타납니다. 분해된 지방세포는 몸이 배출하므로 체중이 유지되면 효과가 오래가지만, 체중이 늘면 달라질 수 있습니다. 며칠간의 가벼운 붓기, 붉음, 작은 멍은 흔하고, 출혈·감염·염증 같은 합병증과 만족도는 사람마다 다릅니다. 제가 약속드릴 수 있는 것은 부위와 예상 회차에 맞는 견적, 그리고 주사가 맞는 도구가 아닐 때의 솔직한 답입니다.

At HERA you receive an itemised written estimate after a doctor's assessment, and international and local patients pay the same.
  • Q2How many fat dissolving sessions will I need?
    For the face, 2–3 sessions are often recommended; for the body, 2–4 depending on the area, spaced a few weeks apart. Your doctor confirms the plan at consultation, and results vary from person to person.
  • Q3Is face or body fat dissolving priced differently?
    Yes. They are planned as separate treatments — Sok-Sok Face Injection and Sok-Sok Body Injection — and body zones are larger surfaces that usually need more injection points than a small facial pocket.
  • Q4What is included in a HERA fat dissolving estimate?

  • Q5When are fat dissolving injections not worth paying for?
    When the fullness is not fat — for example loose skin, a wide jaw from the masseter muscle, or overall weight. In those cases lifting, Botox or other approaches fit better, and the doctor will tell you so.
