"한국에서 이마 필러는 얼마예요?" 이 글에는 숫자를 적지 않겠고, 그 이유를 분명히 말씀드리겠습니다. 이마는 넓은 부위이고, 필요한 양이 얼굴마다 다른 정도가 다른 어느 부위보다 큽니다. 필러가 맞는지, 보톡스가 맞는지에 따라 답이 완전히 달라지기도 합니다. 제가 드릴 수 있는 것은 비용을 움직이는 요인과, 상담 후 시술 전에 드리는 항목별 서면 견적입니다. 외국인과 내국인 가격은 같습니다.
왜 이마 필러 가격을 온라인에 적지 않나요?
"이마 필러"는 작은 패임 하나를 메우는 것일 수도, 눈썹부터 헤어라인까지 이마 전체를 둥글게 하는 것일 수도 있어, 숫자 하나로 둘 다 설명할 수 없기 때문입니다. 어떤 분은 가운데 골이 있고, 어떤 분은 이마 전체가 뒤로 누워 있습니다. 둘 다 이마 필러를 원합니다. 공개된 가격은 한쪽에는 맞고 다른 쪽에는 오해를 줍니다.
더 나은 방법은 사진 상담입니다. 정면과 옆얼굴 사진이면 이마의 어느 범위가 해당되는지, 관자놀이도 관련되는지, 필러가 맞는 도구인지를 대개 말씀드릴 수 있습니다. 서면 견적에는 각 항목이 따로 적힙니다.
이마 필러 비용은 무엇에 따라 달라지나요?
네 가지입니다. 이마의 치료 범위, 필러 용량(mL), 국산·수입 제품, 한 번에 할지 2단계로 할지.
1. 범위
패임 하나를 메우는 것과 눈썹부터 헤어라인까지 이어진 곡선을 만드는 것은 다른 일입니다. 범위가 넓을수록 양과 시간이 더 듭니다.
2. 용량(mL)
필러는 mL 단위로 재고, 가장 크게 움직이는 항목입니다. 더 납작하거나 더 누운 이마는 작은 골이 있는 이마보다 더 많은 지지가 필요합니다. 과해 보이는 이마는 거의 항상 과다 주입이고, 빼려면 녹여야 하므로 보수적으로 계획합니다.
3. 국산 또는 수입 제품
헤라는 국산과 수입 히알루론산 필러를 모두 씁니다. 실제 차이는 주로 유지 기간으로, 부위와 대사에 따라 국산은 6~12개월, 수입은 12~18개월 정도입니다. 수입 제품은 보통 1회 비용이 더 높고 보충 간격이 더 길 수 있습니다. 견적에 둘 다 보여 드리고 선택은 환자분이 하십니다.
4. 한 번 또는 2단계
변화가 크게 필요한 이마는 한 번보다 두 번을 자주 권합니다. 보수적인 1단계, 붓기가 가라앉은 뒤 재진, 그래도 필요할 때만 2단계입니다. 견적에 두 부분으로 적혀, 각각 무엇이 들어가는지 처음부터 아실 수 있습니다.
내 이마에 필러가 맞는 지출인가요?
가만히 있을 때 이마가 납작하거나 누웠거나 꺼진 경우에만 그렇습니다. 눈썹을 올릴 때 생기는 주름은 근육 문제이고 필러로는 고쳐지지 않습니다. 이 대화가 환자분의 돈을 가장 많이 아껴 드리는 부분입니다.
- 가만히 있을 때 납작하거나 패인 모양: 필러가 맞습니다.

이마를 제대로 하는 데 필요한 모든 단계를 시술 전에 문서로 적습니다. 일반적인 계획은 다음과 같습니다.
- 상담·분석 — 옆얼굴, 비율, 원하시는 모습
- 디자인·마킹 — 주입 전에 곡선을 먼저 그림
- 마취 — 연고 마취, 필요 시 국소 마취
- 주입·성형 — 의사가 넣고 다듬으며 좌우 균형을 함께 확인
- 사후 관리 안내 — 귀가 전 설명
시술 시간은 보통 10~15분 정도입니다. 이마는 눈썹 가까이에 중요한 혈관이 있어, 의사가 정하는 깊이와 위치가 한 통당 가격보다 중요합니다. 견적을 비교할 때는 제품, 양, 누가 주입하는지, 재진이 포함되는지를 보세요. 양이 적어서 낮은 총액은 더 좋은 거래가 아니라 다른 시술입니다.
관자놀이도 견적에 넣어야 하나요?
그럴 때가 있습니다. 이마와 관자놀이는 윗얼굴의 한 곡선이라, 한쪽만 하면 다른 쪽이 더 꺼져 보일 수 있습니다. 관자놀이가 눈에 띄게 꺼져 있다면 보여 드리지만, 동의 없이 추가하지 않고 별도 항목으로 적습니다.

솔직한 한계는 무엇인가요?
