"필러 후 제 이마가 실제로 어떻게 보일까요? 티 나지 않을까요?" 짧게 답하면, 가장 큰 변화는 정면이 아니라 옆에서 보입니다. 납작하거나 꺼진 이마가 눈썹에서 헤어라인까지 부드러운 곡선이 됩니다. 무언가 더한 느낌이 아니라 더 둥근 내 이마처럼 보여야 합니다. 이마 전후 사진을 정직하게 판단하는 법과, 첫날 보이는 결과가 아직 판단할 결과가 아닌 이유를 정리했습니다.

이마 필러 전후로 무엇이 달라지나요?

이마 필러는 돌출과 곡선을 바꾸고, 그것은 정면보다 옆에서 훨씬 잘 보이기 때문입니다. 정면에서는 둥글어진 이마가 거의 같아 보이거나, 위에서 오는 빛에서 조금 매끈해 보이는 정도입니다. 옆에서는 비스듬한 선과 둥근 선의 차이가 분명합니다.

이마 전후 사진은 어떻게 읽어야 하나요?

각도, 고개 위치, 조명이 같은 사진끼리 비교하세요. 이마는 고개를 숙이거나 위에서 비추는 빛만으로도 쉽게 좋아 보입니다.

  • 고개 위치: 턱을 당기면 이마가 더 튀어나와 보입니다. 두 사진 모두 옆얼굴이 수평이어야 합니다.
  • 헤어라인: 한 사진은 앞머리를 넘기고 다른 사진은 내리면 보이는 이마 면적이 달라집니다.
  • 조명: 위에서 오는 빛은 "전"의 골을 깊게 하고, 빛이 바뀌면 "후"를 매끈하게 합니다. 조명이 같아야 합니다.
  • 표정: 눈썹을 올리면 주름이 생기고 모양이 바뀝니다. 두 사진 모두 무표정이어야 합니다.
  • 시기: 시술 직후 사진은 붓기가 있어 자리 잡은 결과보다 차 보일 수 있습니다.

결과는 언제 보이고, 붓기는 언제 가라앉나요?

곡선은 바로 보이고, 가벼운 붓기는 보통 2~3일 안에 가라앉습니다. 붉음이나 작은 멍도 생길 수 있고 같은 기간에 옅어집니다. 처음엔 이마가 조금 단단하게 느껴질 수 있고, 필러가 자리 잡으면서 부드러워집니다.

당일이마가 눈에 띄게 둥글어지고, 최종보다 조금 차 보일 수 있음
2~3일붓기, 붉음, 멍이 대개 가라앉음
그 이후판단할 모양 — 재진으로 대칭 확인
수개월 후필러가 흡수되며 서서히 부드러워짐

히알루론산 필러는 보통 국산 6~12개월, 수입 12~18개월 유지되며 부위와 대사에 따라 다릅니다. 결과는 사람마다 다릅니다. 초기 붓기가 작은 차이를 가릴 수 있어, 모양은 당일이 아니라 붓기가 빠진 뒤 확인합니다.

좋은 이마 결과와 나쁜 결과는 무엇이 다른가요?

좋은 결과는 어디를 했는지 짚을 수 없는 곡선이고, 나쁜 결과는 이마가 너무 크거나 고르지 않거나 울퉁불퉁해 보입니다.

  • 과다한 볼륨: 튀어나와 보이는 이마는 거의 항상 과다 주입입니다. 첫 시술은 보수적으로 하고 재진합니다.
  • 고르지 않은 주입: 군데군데 뭉친 필러는 위에서 오는 빛에서 혹처럼 보일 수 있습니다.
  • 관자놀이를 보지 않음: 꺼진 관자놀이 옆의 둥근 이마는 대비 때문에 얼굴 옆선을 더 좁아 보이게 할 수 있습니다.
