이마 보톡스 전후 — 정직하게 읽는 법

저는 강남 헤라클리닉 성형외과 전문의 김종선입니다. 국제쁘띠의학회 이사로도 활동합니다. 대부분의 환자분이 이마 보톡스로 시작하시고, 전후사진이 가장 많이 오해를 만드는 부위도 이마입니다. 치료 대상이 무표정일 때는 찍히지 않기 때문입니다.

이마 보톡스는 언제 효과가 보이나요?

3~7일에 움직임이 부드러워지기 시작해 2주경 정점에 이릅니다. 몇 주가 걸리는 턱 갸름함과 달리 이마는 이르게 반응합니다. 시술 당일 찍은 극적인 "after"를 보셨다면 그건 보톡스가 아니라 부기와 조명입니다.

정지 사진이 잘못된 근거인 이유

보톡스는 얼굴이 움직이는 방식을 바꿉니다. 무표정 사진은 시술하지 않은 이마도 매끈해 보이는 유일한 상태를 보여줍니다. 정직한 비교는 같은 사람이 눈썹을 올린 전후이고, 대부분의 갤러리가 빼놓는 것이 바로 그 장면입니다.

정적 주름과 동적 주름

무표정인 이마를 본 뒤 눈썹을 올려 보십시오. 올릴 때만 생기면 동적 주름이고 보톡스가 잘 듣습니다. 무표정일 때도 보이면 일부가 피부에 새겨진 것이라 보톡스는 완화하되 지우지 못합니다. 남은 부분은 깊이에 따라 리서페이싱이나 부스터가 필요합니다.

이를 시술 전에 이해하신 분은 2주 뒤에 실망하지 않습니다. 이해하지 못한 분이 애초에 근육 문제가 아니었던 주름을 쫓아 유닛을 더 요구하십니다.

진료실에서 하는 일

주사는 5~10분입니다. 먼저 이마가 움직이는 것을 봅니다. 전두근은 눈썹을 들어 올리는 근육이라, 그 리프트에 얼마나 의존하는지 보지 않고 다루면 눈썹이 무거워집니다. 용량은 고정 메뉴가 아니라 본 것을 따릅니다. 다운타임은 최소이고, 바늘 자국이나 가벼운 발적이 잠시 보일 수 있으며 문지르지 않으셔야 합니다.

환자분들이 다음으로 묻는 것

"눈썹이 처지지 않을까요?"

눈썹 위치를 염두에 두고 전두근을 다루면 그렇지 않습니다. 무거움은 눈썹을 올리는 유일한 근육을 과하게 이완시킬 때 옵니다. 첫 방문에 보수적으로 넣는 이유입니다.

"표정은 남나요?"

그게 목표입니다. 보수적인 용량은 주름을 완화하면서 움직임을 남깁니다. 전혀 움직이지 않는 이마는 "시술한 얼굴"로 읽히고, 대부분의 환자분이 실제로 원하시는 것은 그게 아닙니다.

"얼마나 가나요?"

대개 3~4개월이며 개인차가 있습니다.

자기 이마를 제대로 찍는 법

자신의 결과를 정직하게 기록하고 싶다면 첫 시술 전에 직접 찍어 두십시오. 병원 갤러리는 선별된 것이고, 본인의 사진은 그렇지 않습니다.

  • 낮빛에서, 머리 위 조명은 끄고. 위에서 내리는 빛은 이마 주름에 그림자를 새깁니다.
  • 매번 두 장: 무표정, 그리고 눈썹을 최대한 올린 상태.
  • 같은 거리와 각도. 휴대폰을 고정된 곳에 기대어 찍으십시오.
  • 2주 뒤 반복 — 효과가 정점에 이른 시점입니다.

무표정 사진이 여전히 중요한 이유

새겨진 주름, 즉 보톡스가 지우지 못하는 부분을 보여주는 것이 그 장면입니다. 두 장의 무표정 사진을 비교하면 이마 중 얼마가 근육이 아니라 피부였는지 알 수 있습니다. 나중에 리서페이싱을 더할지 판단할 때 가장 쓸모 있는 정보입니다.

솔직한 한계

유지하는 시술이지 영구적이지 않습니다. 근력과 피부 두께가 달라 결과도 다르고, 15년간 접혀온 주름에는 어떤 양으로도 닿지 않는 피부 성분이 있습니다. 임신·수유 중이거나 신경근 질환이 있으면 적합하지 않으니 계획 전에 병력을 말씀해 주십시오.
