하이코 코실리프팅이란 무엇인가요?

녹는 실로 콧대와 코끝을 지지하는 비수술 코 시술입니다. "하이코"는 한국에서 이런 방식의 코실리프팅을 부르는 이름으로 널리 쓰입니다. 콧대를 따라 코끝까지 아주 작은 진입점으로 가는 실을 넣어, 가벼운 내부 지지대 역할을 하게 합니다.

코실리프팅으로 할 수 없는 것은?

코를 작게, 좁게, 짧게 만들 수 없습니다. 실과 필러는 지지와 볼륨을 더할 뿐입니다. 매부리를 없애거나, 넓은 콧볼을 좁히거나, 큰 코끝을 줄이거나, 휜 코를 바로잡지 못합니다. 그것이 목표라면 실리프팅은 맞는 방법이 아니며, 비행기를 타고 오신 뒤보다 지금 말씀드리는 편이 낫습니다.

코끝 피부가 매우 두껍거나 이전에 수술한 코도 가능한 범위가 달라집니다. 이는 직접 진찰해 판단합니다.

헤라에서는 어떻게 하나요?

표면 마취 후 약 30분, 절개 없이 진행합니다. 의사가 콧대 높이, 코끝 모양, 원하는 옆모습을 평가하고 곧고 균형 잡힌 라인이 되도록 콧대와 코끝 지점을 표시합니다. 마취 크림 후 민트실과 히알루론산 필러를 넣어 코를 세우고 다듬습니다. 떠나시기 전에 라인을 정돈하고 모든 각도에서 옆모습을 확인합니다.

대개 바로 일상으로 돌아가실 수 있습니다. 코끝의 가벼운 붉음, 붓기, 뻐근함이 며칠 있다가 가라앉을 수 있습니다. 처음 며칠은 코를 누르거나 무거운 안경을 쓰거나 강한 열에 노출되는 것을 피하세요. 자세한 내용은 코 필러·코실 페이지에 있습니다.

얼마나 유지되나요?

필러 부분은 보통 6~12개월 유지되고, 실은 녹는 재질입니다. 결과는 제품과 개인의 대사에 따라 다릅니다. 그래서 코실리프팅은 영구적인 결과가 아니라 유지하는 결과이며, 수술을 고민하기 전에 새 옆모습을 부담 적게 확인하는 방법이기도 합니다.
