지방분해주사의 부작용은 무엇인가요?

주사 부위의 가벼운 붓기, 붉어짐, 압통, 작은 멍이며 보통 며칠 안에 가라앉습니다. 시술에 따른 예상 가능한 반응이지, 잘못됐다는 신호가 아닙니다. 대부분 바로 일상으로 돌아가시고, 시술 자체도 약 10~15분이면 끝납니다.

  • 붓기 — 며칠간 시술 부위가 더 도톰해 보일 수 있습니다. 그래서 직후에는 작아지기는커녕 커 보이기도 합니다.
  • 붉어짐 — 주사 자리 주변이 붉어졌다가 붓기가 빠지면서 옅어집니다.
  • 압통 — 만지면 아플 수 있고, 얼굴보다 바디에서 더 흔합니다.
  • 작은 멍 — 부위와 피부에 따라 일부 주사 자리에 생깁니다.

이런 부작용은 왜 생기나요?

지방세포를 분해하고 그것을 몸이 처리하는 방식으로 작용하기 때문이며, 붓기는 그 과정의 일부입니다. 지방분해 용액을 국소 지방에 주입하면 용액이 퍼지면서 지방세포를 분해하기 시작하고, 이후 몇 주에 걸쳐 몸이 분해된 지방을 대사해 배출합니다. 시술 부위 안에서 일어나는 생물학적 과정이므로 며칠간의 붓기와 압통은 예상되는 반응입니다.

나머지는 주사 자체에서 옵니다. 바늘 자리 하나하나가 아주 작은 상처이므로, 다른 주사와 마찬가지로 붉어짐과 가끔의 멍은 정상입니다. 같은 이유로 주입점이 많이 필요한 넓은 바디 부위가 작은 얼굴 부위보다 부작용이 더 눈에 띄는 편입니다.

정상 반응은 가볍고 날마다 나아집니다. 처음 며칠이 지나도 오히려 심해지거나 열이 함께 나는 반응은 알려 주셔야 합니다. 첫날 어떻게 보이느냐보다 변화의 방향이 더 중요합니다.

얼굴과 바디의 부작용은 다른가요?

반응의 종류는 같지만, 보이고 느껴지는 방식이 다릅니다. 헤라에서는 얼굴은 속속 페이스 주사, 바디는 속속 바디 주사로 진행합니다.

얼굴

이중턱, 턱선, 볼살, 광대 주변, 코 옆, 눈가 같은 얼굴 부위에서는 불편함보다 붓기가 눈에 더 띕니다. 턱 아래에서는 며칠간 턱-목 라인이 더 도톰해 보일 수 있습니다. 작은 멍도 얼굴에서 더 잘 보이므로 사진 촬영이나 중요한 일정이 있다면 고려하세요.

바디

복부, 옆구리·러브핸들, 팔뚝, 허벅지, 등, 부유방, 무릎 안쪽·종아리 같은 바디 부위는 붓기를 옷으로 가리기 쉽지만 압통은 더 흔합니다. 특히 허리 밴드나 속옷 끈이 닿는 곳이 그렇습니다. 부위가 넓으면 주입점도 많아서 작은 멍이 여러 군데 생길 수 있습니다.

위험은 어떻게 낮추나요?

"시술 후 바로 귀국해도 되나요?"

대부분 바로 일상으로 돌아가시지만, 가벼운 붓기와 작은 멍이 며칠 갈 수 있으니 가능하면 서울에 조금 여유를 두시길 권합니다. 결과 자체는 몇 주에 걸쳐 나타나므로 대부분의 변화는 귀국 후에 보시게 되고, 떠나신 뒤에도 WhatsApp으로 연락하실 수 있습니다.
