한국 필러 온라인 후기, 맞는 말일까?

- '한국 필러는 빨리 빠진다.' 대체로 사실이 아닙니다. HA 필러의 유지 기간은 만든 나라보다 부위, 양, 움직임의 정도, 개인의 대사에 훨씬 크게 좌우됩니다. 입술은 보통 깊은 부위보다 빨리 흡수됩니다.

- '딥 버전이 더 세니까 더 좋다.' 단단한 젤은 깊은 구조 부위에 맞을 뿐, 눈밑의 얇은 피부에는 맞지 않습니다.
알아 두어야 할 리스크와 부작용
흔하고 일시적인 반응. FDA는 멍, 붉어짐, 붓기, 통증, 압통, 가려움을 필러의 흔한 반응으로 꼽습니다. 보통 며칠에서 2주에 걸쳐 사라집니다.
미루거나 피해야 할 사람. 일반적인 의학 기준으로, 다음에 해당하면 필러를 미루는 경우가 많습니다.
- 시술 부위에 감염, 입술 포진, 염증성 여드름이 있을 때
- 같은 부위에 최근 레이저 시술이나 필링을 받았을 때
- 임신 중이거나 수유 중일 때
- HA 제품이나 리도카인에 알레르기가 있을 때
- 출혈 질환이 있거나 항응고제를 복용 중일 때(먼저 처방한 의사와 상의하고, 스스로 끊지 마세요)
드물지만 심각한 부작용. 필러가 혈관 안으로 들어가면 혈류를 막을 수 있습니다. FDA는 이 경우 피부가 손상되고, 드물게 시력에 영향이 생길 수 있다고 경고합니다. 경고 신호는 피부가 하얗거나 거무스름하게 변하는 것, 예상보다 훨씬 심한 통증, 그리고 시야의 변화입니다. HA 필러는 히알루로니다아제라는 효소로 녹일 수 있으며, 처음 필러를 맞는 사람에게 HA가 흔히 쓰이는 이유 중 하나입니다.
귀국 후 이상이 생겼다면. 시야에 변화가 생기면 바로 응급실로 가세요. 시술 부위 피부색이 변하거나 통증이 심하면 그날 안에 현지 진료를 받으세요. 그다음 사진을 WhatsApp으로 보내세요. 미국 질병통제예방센터(CDC)의 의료관광 안내는 출국 전에 자국에서 받을 후속 진료를 마련하고 진료 기록 사본을 챙기라고 권합니다. 결과와 회복에는 개인차가 있으며, 최종 계획은 대면 상담에서 정해집니다.
