예를 들어 아시아 어딘가에서 일하며 나흘짜리 연휴가 생겼다고 해 봅시다. 목요일 밤에 도착해서 월요일 오후에 출국합니다. 금요일이 시술일이고, 병원은 오후 8시까지 엽니다. 토요일에도 오전 10시부터 오후 5시까지 진료가 있으니 귀가 걱정되면 그때가 있습니다. 일요일은 마스크 끈을 머리 뒤로 걸고 관광하고, 월요일에는 이틀간 가라앉힌 상태로 비행기를 탑니다. 예약할 때 상담과 시술을 같은 방문에 할 수 있는지 물어보세요.
반대로 서울에서 비는 날이 토요일 하루뿐이고 비행기가 월요일 아침이라면, 일요일 휴진 때문에 그 사이에 진료일이 없습니다. 그렇다면 한국 귀 필러를 억지로 끼워 넣기보다 다른 주말을 보겠습니다.
내 경우 귀 필러 비용은 무엇으로 정해질까요?
비용을 정하는 것은 다섯 가지이고, 대부분 사진으로 보입니다. 어느 부위를 하는지(테두리, 위쪽 귀 뒤, 귓불 또는 조합), 한쪽인지 양쪽인지, 내 모양에 필요한 제품 양, 그 부위에 맞는 필러 종류, 같은 방문에 다른 부위를 더하는지입니다. 차이가 있는 두 귀를 맞추려면 좌우에 다른 양이 들어갈 수도 있습니다.

압통, 붉어짐, 붓기, 작은 멍, 테두리를 따라 만져지는 작은 멍울은 필러 후 흔합니다. 미국피부과학회는 이런 부작용을 흔하고 오래가지 않는 것으로 설명하며, 귀에서는 보통 며칠에 걸쳐 가라앉고 멍은 일주일 정도 걸릴 수 있습니다.
