바이알, 바늘, 그리고 같은 의사

7일째. 대개 붓기가 대부분 가라앉습니다. 이때 모양을 읽을 수 있고, 작은 비대칭도 판단하기 쉬워집니다.
출국 전 주의
출국 전날에는 필러를 예약하지 마세요. 시술과 출국 사이에 며칠을 두어, 붓기·멍이나 초기 문제가 서울에 있는 동안 드러나게 하세요.
알아 두어야 할 위험과 부작용
흔하고 일시적인 반응은 붓기, 멍, 붉어짐, 압통이며 보통 며칠에서 2주 정도면 가라앉습니다. 멍울이 생길 수 있고, 초기 멍울은 대부분 부드러워집니다.
심각한 부작용은 드뭅니다. 미국 식품의약국(FDA)은 필러가 혈관 안으로 들어가면 혈류를 막아 피부를 손상시킬 수 있고, 드물게 시력에 영향을 줄 수 있다고 경고합니다. 갑작스러운 심한 통증, 창백하거나 얼룩덜룩하고 거무스름해지는 피부, 시야 변화가 경고 신호입니다. 지켜볼 일이 아니라 즉시 치료가 필요합니다.
