Juvelook has become one of the treatments people plan a Seoul trip around, and the first question I receive is nearly always about money: "How much does Juvelook cost in Korea?" I will answer as honestly as I can, and that means explaining why this page has no number on it. Juvelook is rarely a single injection. It is usually a short course, the product comes in two strengths, and the areas vary from person to person β so a figure without your skin in front of me would describe someone else's plan. What I can give you is exactly what shapes the cost, and an itemised written estimate after consultation, at the same price local patients pay.
Why won't I publish a Juvelook price?
Because the real cost of Juvelook is the cost of a plan β which formula, which areas and how many sessions β and that plan is only clear once a doctor has seen your skin. A single "per session" figure online looks precise, but it hides the two questions that matter most: is one session enough for your goal, and which version of the product suits you?
I would rather you understood the variables before you arrive. That way the written estimate you receive in Gangnam makes sense line by line, and you can decide what to include without feeling pushed into a package you did not ask for.
What changes the cost of Juvelook in Korea?
Four things: Juvelook or Juvelook Volume, the areas treated, the number of sessions, and whether it is combined with anything else.
Juvelook or Juvelook Volume
HERA offers both. Juvelook combines PDLLA β poly-D,L-lactic acid β with hyaluronic acid, and is aimed at skin tone, fine lines and pores. Juvelook Volume contains more PDLLA and HA and is used for lost volume, lifting and deeper wrinkles. They are different products for different goals, so the choice changes the plan. A physician decides between them at consultation, based on what your skin needs rather than what sounds stronger.
Which areas
Juvelook can be applied to the face, forehead, under-eye area and neck. Treating the full face is a different plan from treating one zone, such as acne scarring on the cheeks or crepey skin on the neck. Each area you add appears on the estimate.
How many sessions
A course of about three sessions, spaced roughly a month apart, is what I most commonly recommend for longer-lasting collagen stimulation. Some patients start with one session to see how their skin responds. Either is a legitimate choice, and the estimate shows both clearly.
Combined treatments
Juvelook is sometimes planned alongside other skin treatments. When it is, each item is listed separately so you can see what you are paying for.
Why is Juvelook planned as a course rather than one visit?
Because Juvelook works by prompting your skin to build its own collagen, and that takes weeks, not minutes. The hyaluronic acid gives some immediate hydration. The PDLLA microparticles then break down gradually and stimulate fibroblasts to produce new collagen. Improvement appears gradually from around three to four weeks.
That timing has a cost implication. A single session may last about five to six months, while a course of around three sessions can maintain results for 12 months or longer. Looked at over a year, a course is often the more sensible plan for skin-quality goals, even though the first visit looks more expensive than a single session would. Results vary from person to person. I will also tell you if your goal is modest enough that one session is reasonable.
What is included in a Juvelook estimate at HERA?
Everything needed for each session is written down before anything begins, and international and local patients pay exactly the same. A session at HERA covers:
- Consultation β a physician evaluates your skin and chooses between Juvelook and Juvelook Volume
- Cleansing and anaesthesia β the skin is cleansed and topical or gas anaesthesia is used for comfort
- Injection β Juvelook is placed into the dermis with a needle or a cannula, depending on the area
- Massage and shaping β the area may be gently massaged so the product sits evenly
- Aftercare and follow-up schedule β care instructions and the timing of your next session
A session usually takes about 10 to 20 minutes. If you choose a course, the estimate shows each session so you can see the full commitment before the first injection.
How do I plan a Juvelook course around trips to Seoul?
Plan the sessions about a month apart and decide before you arrive which ones will happen in Gangnam. Many international patients book a first session early in a trip and return for the next ones on later visits. A photo consultation before you travel helps us agree the likely formula and areas in advance, so your time in the clinic is spent on treatment rather than decisions.
Recovery is usually short. Mild redness, swelling, small bumps or occasional bruising at the injection points can appear and usually settle within a few days, so most people carry on with their plans soon after. Is Juvelook the right use of your budget?
It is when your main concern is skin quality β texture, tone, fine lines, pores or acne scarring β and you are willing to wait for a gradual result. If your concern is one specific hollow that you want changed today, a hyaluronic-acid filler is usually more direct. If your concern is sagging, lifting may do more.

Juvelook improves skin quality gradually; it does not give an instant transformation, and it is not permanent. A single session is a start, not a finished result, and the strongest outcomes come from a course and good aftercare. Side effects such as redness, swelling or nodules can occur, and satisfaction varies between individuals. What I can offer is a clear plan, the right formula for your goal, and a written estimate you understand before we begin.
